Grace Carter UK Tour 2019
Stylus Productions have the pleasure of supplying new touring client Grace Carter with a custom built control package for her UK tour supporting Lewis Capaldi. The “Fired Up” songstress’ career continues to go from strength to strength in 2019 as she heads out across the country this November. Last autumn, she hooked listeners with her single Why Her Not Me?, a poetic outpouring that demonstrated how Carter’s reputation as a singer-songwriter overflowing with talent and emotion is well deserved.

The Stylus audio team designed and built a touring system with input from FOH engineer Owain Richards and MON engineer Joe Standen around a DiGiCo fulcrum of fully HMA Fibre optimised SD12 and SD11i surfaces gain sharing a 32Bit I/O equipped SD Rack. Housed along side the SD Rack followed a custom RF rack assembly of Shure PSM1000 IEMs and Sennheiser EM 2050 true diversity wireless microphone receiver completing the main pillars of a compact, powerful system. Finally, a full microphone and DI package was tailored to the sonic requirements of the project, with DPA d:facto 4018 capsules on Grace’s lead vocal, plus various models from AKG, Beyer Dynamic, Shure and Sennheiser selected out of the Stylus microphone library.
As 2019 draws to a close attention is starting to shift to 2020 when Grace Carter takes to the road for European and UK headline shows of her own. More information on tour dates and tickets available at gracecarterofficial.com.
